Can I join during the month?
Yes. Select your start date and training days. Your first-month fee is calculated from the remaining scheduled sessions and shown before signing.
Where can I see schedules and fees?
Open your activity above and choose the training month. Available programmes, days and fees come from the academy’s current schedule.
How do I arrange a trial?
Open Book a Trial to choose an enabled session and review its fee. Some sessions confirm immediately; others require academy approval. If no dates are available, contact us on WhatsApp.

Terms & Conditions
Applicable to all Academy sports and activities.
1. Registration & fees
Participation follows the programme, sessions and fees shown in your registration summary. New registrations require payment before joining; renewals are due by the 10th unless agreed otherwise. Additional charges will be communicated beforehand.
2. Attendance & changes
Attend your booked sessions and inform us of absences. Missed sessions do not automatically qualify for refunds or make-ups. Contact management for changes, withdrawal or make-up requests. For Academy cancellations, we will offer a replacement, credit or refund where appropriate, subject to applicable rights.
3. Conduct & safety
Respect coaches, participants and venue rules. Wear suitable sportswear, bring water and follow safety instructions. Bullying, abusive behaviour and unsafe conduct may result in suspension or cancellation after a fair review.
4. Health & children’s collection
Keep medical and emergency-contact details updated. Staff may arrange first aid or emergency assistance when necessary. For children, an authorized adult must hand over to staff and collect promptly.
5. Academy responsibilities & coaching
The Academy guarantees training under qualified and experienced coaches, with reasonable supervision, respectful treatment and coaching delivered with reasonable care and skill.
Requests for a specific coach are subject to management approval, coach availability and the scheduled training programme. A particular coach is guaranteed only when confirmed by management in writing.
Physical activities involve ordinary risks, including falls, collisions, strains and equipment-related injuries. Participants must follow safety instructions and report hazards. This acknowledgement does not remove the Academy’s responsibility for negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Privacy & photographs
Personal details and registration photographs are used for Academy administration and safety. Promotional photographs or videos require separate permission.
These terms are presented again for acceptance during registration.
